Thankful for You

Hello loves!
Since the holiday season is almost upon us, I wanted to send out a quick message. Or rather, an apology in advance since posts will be a little sporadic in the next few weeks (I say that like I'm able to maintain a schedule outside of the holiday season oops). I'll do my best to be consistent with blog posts and attempting to finish Sommerville before the New Year, but life always gets a little more hectic during this time of year.
Before the bombardment of cooking and presents, though, I wanted to say thank you. Thank you to everyone who's supported me on this blog, through kind messages and comments, and to everyone who's encouraged me to keep going when I've wanted to quit (which has been more times than I'd like to admit.) I started this blog as a way to shout my silly, goofy thoughts into the void of the internet and have been pleasantly surprised at seeing others relate to it. I've always loved writing, but there's something really special about knowing other people enjoy reading it, too.
All that to say, thank you. Whether it's the blog posts or keeping up with the short stories on Fiction Friday, thank you so much for taking the time to read SoupScribbles.
(Also a shout-out and thank you to everyone who's supported me during my side project. It's been a wild time and I know it's taken a little longer than anticipated, but y'all keep me sane <3)

Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner, here's a little challenge: When the holiday season gets crazy and starts to feel overwhelming, take a second to stop and think about what or who you're thankful for.
Love y'all!
