Because of You

Hi loves!

I know it's been a hot minute since I last did a blog post on here. Full disclosure, this blog is like the middle child, and sometimes gets forgotten amidst all the other craziness of life. Between multiple loved ones getting married and that little side-project of mine coming out this Friday, SoupScribbles has kind of been put on the backburner.

But, I haven't forgotten about it. And that's because of you.

I started this blog all the way back in 2022, mainly just to keep my family and friends updated about my life while I was in grad school. I've always loved writing, and creating posts on here has been a fun outlet for that. Plus, writing about positivity and similar topics has helped me stay in a good headspace during some of the more difficult times in my life.

Still, I think my favorite part of this blog---and the most surprising---is seeing how much other people enjoy it. All the messages I get about something being relatable or what they needed to hear, or just an encouraging "keep going" text has meant more to me than I can say. It's because of all of you that I've been inspired to keep writing, to add the Fiction Friday segments (which I promise will resume soon), and to finally pursue my dream of publishing a novel.

All of this---SoupScribbles, Fiction Fridays, Golden Sails---has only been possible because of your support and encouragement. So I just wanted to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.

SoupScribbles will get back to a regular schedule in May, so keep a look out!
