End of the Month Reset

Hello loves!
I can't believe it's the last day of April. This year feels like it's simultaneously flying by and dragging on. So much is happening in the world, and I know a lot of people have busy personal lives too. Being a functioning human can get pretty overwhelming, and its easy to slip into a spiral or burnout when everything happens all at once.
This post is a chance for you to press pause.
Take a breath. Release it, slowly.
Breathe in and out again.
Let your mind go blank. For once, shut off all the noise and just be.
If you start to wander, let your thoughts wash over you and pass you by.
Focus on breathing, on feeling your body and releasing tension.
Think about a verse or affirmation that encourages you.
Think about the people in your life that you are thankful for.
Allow yourself to exist as a human, flawed and trying your best, and let that be enough.
Remember to take time for yourself during the day. If you sit at a desk, take a few minutes to stretch and stand. Go outside and enjoy the sunshine. Drink water. Turn the notifications and screens off every so often and connect with the real world around you.
