It’s Been A While

Hi friends!

I know it has been a very long time since I last posted on here. Honestly between the book, moving, starting a new job, weddings and just life being life, I’ve struggled to make time for this site.

But a new season is starting—literally. I personally love fall and all it brings; the leaves changing, sweater weather (wishful thinking in the south, I know), pumpkin spice and just a general feeling of things slowing down. Or maybe I’m just hoping things slow down, who’s to say.

Either way, expect to see some changes on here. I’ll be bringing back a blog post every other week on Wednesday and will finally finish Sommerville on Fiction Friday. (Yes, I sound like a broken and unreliable record when I say that, but I do mean it this time)

And, since it’s officially Spooky Season (yay) I’ve got something else in store. Last October, I wrote a “scary” short story on here to get people into the holiday season. I’ll be doing that again with a new short story that’ll be updated on “Spooky Sundays.”

And keep an eye out for some other updates and changes coming to SoupScribbles this year.
